The company was founded in 15th July 2000, started its business as a part factory for dipping silver machine associated with LONG Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd., now is specializing in manufacturing of carrier plates for high precision fixture of dipping operation(MLCC, MLCI, VARISTOR and photoelectronic element) supplying to local and foreign markets.
Regarding to the sole manufacturer's rejection of carrier plate supplying to users of Lonjin's dipping silver machines this 20 years, LONG Automatic decided to invest greatly in R&D carrier plate. Through numerous tests, it's carrier palte was released in 15 May, 2000, a first carrier plate passed press conversion pressing-through test. In 15th June, the first sample was delivered to customer, then supplied the first order of products until the recognition of customer.
Since the long-time supplying carrier plate has the shortcoming of filthy hole and easy to be lapp-shaped opening, Lontech is R&D-based to troubleshoot the problem of carrier plate. In 2001, the company completely solved the problem and innovated the production. In 2000, all carrier plates made by Lontech overpass those from the USA since then.
Lontech has the productivity of 3000pcs/month, not enough to supply to global market, the sales network mainly covers Taiwan, Japan, Mainland China, only exporting small quantity to the USA, Ireland, Israel and Germany.
Through 1 1/2 year of exertion, the company is quite successful in quality improvement. In the past, the carrier plate needs chip to clean the impurities in the holes, after the suggestions of users, the company improve the production and silicon complex formula. After several times of amendment, the company finished the cleanness of silicon hole.
To create more benefits for the users of dipping silver machine, the company has invested and developed smart carrier plate coupled with automatic dipping silver system (material supplying to dryness and finish) after the production improvement. The novel carrier plate is expected to be high quality and low costed.
In the future, the delivery lead time will be within 20 days. Moderate price and refined quality is the target of the company. Novel products developed by customers for more additional value, better quality and lower production cost are more than welcome. |
