Our company cooperates with one of raw material companies in Korea, developed new productàSn+Bi plated conductor.
From the all kinds of test result, this product has no problem at all, It can prevent Whisker Phenomenon, has excellent mechanic peculiarity and competitive price. Its already applicable to FFC makers, they are very satisfied by it. We believe that Sn+Bi will replace the market of Sn100% or Sn+Pb immediately.
