•Gemco, invested by Cutler Asia Fabricators LLC, a Delaware Corporation, was founded in the November of 2003, with registered capital of 5 million US Dollars.
•Gemco is located in High-New technology area of Qingpu industrial park in Shanghai. The factory covers more than 4600 square meters.
•Gemco started trial production in April, 2003 with a project team composed of 6 members. Now the company has over 120 employees, with 20 technical and managerial members.
•Gemco’s business scope: contract manufacturing based on the customer’s requirements. Gemco has been producing various shower enclosures, office work stations, dealing with the fabrication or assembly of relevant aluminum products. We are looking for new potential customers.
•Manufacturing includes 4 cutting, drilling and punching work cells and 12 assembly work cells. These work cells provide Gemco high flexibility of doing contract manufacturing of many different products at the same time and enables Gemco to meet multiple requirements of customers. The production capacity per shift has reached 1500 sets of shower enclosure or 100 office work stations.
•Gemco has high-efficiency operations and management, strong customer service, and most of Gemco’s key managerial members have over 10 years of management experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
•K3 system is a part of the management system, which helps to achieve low cost by providing high efficiency in planning and logistics.
•The purchasing dept., composed of experienced members, has established a strong material supply system for lowest purchasing cost, best material quality and a shortest purchasing lead time.
•Experienced engineering team can skillfully use many kinds of design software like PRO-E, AUTOCAD, etc. They can quickly turn customers’ requirements into production/technical documents.
•From the date of launching production, Gemco has established a complete quality assurance system and works very close with third party inspection. This guarantees high quality products to our customers.
