Chou Wei Precision Co. is a professional manufacturer specializes in developing and manufacturing precise hardware and electronic parts.
MACHINING
Chou Wei started business in October 1991 with old style TC-1 lathes for small metal hardware machining. As the demand from the market changed, we continuously upgrade ourselves to the most advanced/precise equipments. And our OEM products now consist widely of the industries including information, communications, marine, automobile, electronics and mechanics. Material of parts including brass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, plastic materials and others. Currently in the factory there are tens of CNC turning, machining center and milling, as well as CNC lathe milling complex machines, which can meet the demands of customer for production capability.
Primary Machinery: CNC precision lathe and milling, and CNC lathe milling complex machines.
Secondary Operation Services: grooving, drilling, broaching, knurling, grinding, polishing, brazing, welding, heat-treating, and a variety of plating technologies.
ASSEMBLY
We are also ready to meet your needs for assembly work! Through the years, we have built assemblies for customers; our experience in assembly processes and technology allows us to produce mechanical and electro-mechanical subassembly for customers need an extra hand in the manufacturing process. Production of sub-assembled parts by: snapping, pressing, riveting, rolling, welding, crimping and others upon request. |
