1. LOI and BCL From buyer.
2. trading company send NCNDA contract.
Procedure:
1. seller issue FCO
2. buyer Return FCO+BCL
3. seller issue draft contract
4. buyer returns draft contract
5. seller signs sale and purchase contract (Hard copies).buyer signs after the seller and sends back it preliminary by email and returns received signed hard copies Bank by delivery service (DHL, FedEx, etc)
6. the seller issue 2% non operative performance bond
7. buyer issue non operative documentary letter or credit (DLC)
8. active PB active DLC
we are interested to get Commission from the buyer .If you interested to buy please send us your LOI and BCL.
And we send you NCNDA and along with it we will send you a draft contract which is very friendly to both the buyer and the seller. After the approval of the draft contract we will send you the FCO.
