At the northeastern part of the city, Mingguang, Anhui Province, our company is located on the bank of the scenic Nvshan Lake and at the foot of Mount Guan which has rich attapulgite resources. Our company has 100 mu (16.5 acres) of mine area with the proved reserves of over 3 million tons of attapulgite which is rare in the whole nation for its high grade and good quality.
Our company covers the area of 60000 m2 and possesses the nationally advanced automatic production line. It adopts all the best production experience and methods of other factories. It has a powerful technical force with more than 3 excellent technicians and full set of advanced detecting equipment. Its annual output reaches 200 thousand tons which is mainly exported to Japan, South Korea, India U.Sand many other countries and regions.
Attapulgite Clay Powder of High Viscosity
It is a special formulated and customized product with high viscosity based on the natural nonmetal mineral-the attapulgite clay.
The said product integrates such advantages as salt-resistance, adsorption and cohesion, and it can be used as the adhesive agent, binder, thickener, etc. of mineral wool acoustic panel, molecular sieve, thermal insulating material, painting, foundry coating, insulating glass desiccant, etc., as well as the catalyst carrier and the suspending agent of liquid fertilizer
Performance and Applications:
1.This product is characterized with strong adsorption and cohesion forces, and has good suspending and colloi- dal properties. It can be made into mineral wool acoustic panel (e.g. ceiling) together with other fibers, which integ- rates such functions as decoration, sound absorption, the-rmal insulation, fire prevention, energy conservation, disinfection and air cleaning.
2.It will not react with the molecular sieve due to its inertia in the operative media, therefore, it is used as the binding agent of the molecular sieve, and can decrease the abrasion and wearing of the sieve, enhance the sieve strength, improve the appearance and quality.
3.The product has such advantages as having high water absorption, good thermal and sound insulation, adhesive value and absorbability. Therefore, it can be used as the binder and bulking filler of the insulating glass desiccant and other desiccants.
4.It can be used as the carrier of catalyst or the suspending agent of liquid fertilizer/pesticide due to its light specific gravity, strong suspending ability and adsorbability . |
