Dong Guan Rubtop Metals Rubber Co. Ltd. located in the F Building of Qinghutou Yongfa industrial zone in Tangxia Town, Dong Guan City in Guangdong Province. It is convenient as it is close to Dong Guan - Shenzhen Expressway, Tangxia Station.
The company is the extension of subsidiaries of Risedot and Tiangongkaiwu, based on the PRD, Professionally engaged in the rubber products industry.
Shenzhen Risedot Industrial Co. Ltd, engaged in the software industry for 11 years, and had cooperated with more than 3,000 domestic and foreign Rubber enterprises. Now it cooperates more with Japan, Europe and the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises, with an annual output of more than 5,000 sets of rubber mold.
Nanjing Tiangongkaiwu Rubber Products Co.Ltd has been established for two years. It accumulated experience on the basis of Risedot in touch with rubber industry for years and developed rapidly. There are more than 50 relevant equipments with rubber products. Based on the Yangtze River Delta, facing toward home and abroad, now it sets up cooperative relations with a number of automobile, household electrical appliances and other relevant entreprises.
The company mainly manufactures various kinds of rubber products, silicon rubber products and silicon rubber mold. The Products covers the automobile industry, electrical appliances, office equipment, electronics, communication, daily necessities and sports leisure products, toys, medical treatment and health care, stationery, gifts, baby supplies, clocks and watches ,and other industries. It mainly produces seal and enclose parts, vibration reduction parts and various press buttons whose raw materials are rubber and silicon rubber.
The rubber factories have the eqiupments: Taiwan imported vacuum hot-press machine, Hot-press molding Machine, Silicon rubber injection molding, Blow Molding Machines, Automatic cutting machine, In addition to freezing machine, Mixing Machine, Mixer, etc. There are a series of advanced production equipments. In experimental testing equipment, there are Shao-durometre, 3D Coordinate, Projector, Imaging devices, BMW spinning machines, laser measuring device, Programmable thermostated experimental device, static friction testing machine etc. The company establishes the production, study, research relations sucessively with the universities and research institute such as Beijing Chemical and Industrial Research Institute , the Northwest Institute of Chemical Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, Qingdao Chemical Institute , and makes research and technical cooperation with them and exchanges technology with Japan, Germany and other foreign advanced technology enterpris The company has equipments in mold factories as follwing: 12 imported high-precision CNC machining centers, 9 imported CNC electric spark machines, 2 Computer numerically controlled lathes, 8 imported milling machines, 3 imported Precision Tool Grinder, 2 wire cutting machines, Germany imported slow wire cutting machines, 2.5D graphics precision measurement device, Polyploid stereomicroscope, the golden graphic microscope, etc. The mold housing invests more than 20 million RMB.
