Ningbo YinZhou Pengcheng Precision Casting Factory is one of the leading steel foundries in China with export license. By Using lost wax casting and investment casting processes, we can manufacture nearly all kinds of common carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, stainless steel casting etc. as well as provide the excellent service of machining for all the casting products.
Since established in 1993, our factory is developing day by day. Now the factory occupies an area of 20,000 square meters. There are more than 450 staff and 40 professional engineers in our factory. The annual output is more than 7,000 tons.
Our main products are various kinds of casting valves parts, steel valves, pipe fittings and other fluid equipment parts, railway castings, bucket teeth, and other mining machine parts, chain sprockets, power transmission parts etc. Our products are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, coal mine, petroleum, construction industry, Medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture and machinery manufacture. Our machining shop is equipped with 50pcs of CNC big lathes and many ordinary types of machinery, which can provide wonderful machining services. CMM and machining center play very important roles in our machining work.
We are proud of possessing the complete advanced equipments for production, inspection and testing: 6 sets of GW 250 KG middle frequency meters; Heat treatment furnaces; coal gas furnaces; metallographic examination in microstructure analyst; magnetic particle inspector spectrometer analyst in chemical compositions; impact tester; universal strength tester; hardness tester and so on. Our foundry attaches great importance to the quality assurance system. We have been certificated with ISO9001-2000.
