Beijing Hong Da Hard Materials Technology Research Institute is a high and new technology enterprise, which is approved by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission. Founders of the institute are four engineers who graduated in 1960s, specializing in research and development of hard, wear-resistance and anti-corrosive materials, which including sintered carbides (tungsten carbide ) and high density ceramic materials ( boron carbide, silicon carbide ).
Main products: sand blast nozzles, high pressure water spray nozzles, high pressure water cutting spray nozzles and so on.
Non- standard products: seal rings and so on.
The sale of sand blast nozzles hits 30000-60000.60%-80% nozzles among them exports to Europe, America, and Middle East.
High pressure water spray nozzles (tungsten carbide insert) with excellent spray effect and long life time. The sale of high pressure water spray nozzles reached 1500-2000 sets per year. Users widely spread all over the country. Most nozzles export to South East Asia.
On the other hand, the institute also pays more attention on the study and development of new materials, new methods, and new products. 10%-20% new products increases annually.
The turnover of all nozzles is RMB 3 million in 2006 with 50%-100% speed increase from year to year. It is expected to increase to RMB 5-6 million.

Beijing Hong Da Hard Materials Technology Research Institute is a professional research institute which researches and produces Tungsten Carbide Sandblast Nozzles. Main products are including: Tungsten Carbide Straight Bore Nozzles, Tungsten Carbide Venturi Nozzles, Tungsten Carbide Miniature Nozzles and Tungsten Carbide Hose Insert Nozzles. The length of nozzle is from 30mm to 230mm. The bore of nozzle is 0.8mm to 16mm.
