Velocity 19" network cabinets
Velocity cabinet adopt strong strength constructed entire frame structure. It comprises of precision pressure casting base, large section aluminum profile pole combined with equipment mounting flange. Only use 8 pcs M12*45 bolts to connect. They can be quickly assembled in desired places. Elegant appearance and simple neat construction, installation interface comply with IEC-297 standard and is anti-static design.
Material
Bases: Magnesium alloy (AZ91D) or aluminum alloy (ADC12)
Frame, door border: aluminum alloy (6063-T6)
Front door: 5mm toughened glass
Rear door, side panel, roof and base vented plate: 1mm SPCC-I
Finish: powder electrostatic spraying
Accessories
Entire light alloy frame, toughened glass front door, vented rear door, side panel(optional), vented roof panel(fans optional), bottom panel, leveling feet and casters.
Color
Base, post (including front door border): dark silver and gray
Rear door, side panel, roof and bottom panel sheet metal structure: gray and black(PC white optional).
Front door glass: light gray
Packing
Assembled packing and disassembled packing optional. Disassembled packing, shipping cost is about 30%-40% of assembled cabinet, fit for long distance deliver and warehousing. Thanks to precision casting, even not professional worker is able to assemble a cabinet in 10 to 20 minutes. |
