CXM research and manufacture list as follows
1.Injection mold (automobile、motorcycle & electric vehicles mold,home appliance mold, household products mold,handicraft products mold,medical treatment, all kinds of tube blank, bottle blank, packaging mold),and other plastic mold. Our Mold products covered large and medium injection mold.
2.Composite products of BMC/SMC terrace die, fiberglass mold, etc. Using special alloy mold steel,after heat-treatment & processing, the hardness, roughness & accuracy of products are being mastered to be the internal advanced level.

5. Rubber Mold (beef tendon rubber products, rubber materials and injection mold such like HNBR, silicone rubber, fluororubber , butyl rubber , natural adhesive , SBR , chloroprene rubber, toluene rubber, NBR, EPDM, carpus rubber, fiber rubber, adding sericin)
CXM use the latest CAD/CAM/CAE systems to deliver the highest quality molds. Our advanced software such as those using UG ProE,Solidworks ,Cimatron and Mold Flow Analysis and CNC equipment allow us to provide strong guarantee of each product from concept to mold prototyping in one step, greatly shortened the manufacturing cycle of the die. We refer to ISO9001 quality standard to fulfill our each inspection step. Each product is in charged of by a special experienced engineer, who controls of the manufacturing cycle and quality of the die.After mold-trial and before transportation, the plastic sample and the mold are being strictly inspected & audited by QC, only the passed one can be delivered to our customer.
CXM implemented 6S Management. The so-called 6S Management means SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SETKETSU, SHITSUKE& SAFE.
