SHOUGUANG FUSHI WOOD CO., LTD was located in the East City Industrial Zone Shouguang. Beautiful Mi river is in the west and well-known kite city—Weifang in the east. It also has convenient traffic conditions, near to Jinan – Qingdao expressway and Weigao road. It covers 300,000 square metres, including 85,000 square metres building area, and total investment is RMB 200,000,000 and there are 1,600 employees in the conpany.
The main products are the PLYWOOD series, LVL, HDF, MDF, Partical Board (PB), Furniture series and Polyester Film series. The plywood series includs all kinds of plywood, like LVL, okoume plywood and so on. And we have been exporting high quality MDF, HDF, PB to all over the world. We are also experienced on producing furniture of european, American, Japannese and korean style, and all kinds of board style furniture. The polyester film products are mainly PET products with high strength.
There are 40 plywood production lines including 21 LVL production line (5-8 metres in length), which reach to the advanced standards in the same line. Its capacity can get to 200,000 cubic metres per year. We have explored the construction LVL successfully in 2004. At the same time, a specialized laboratory has been set up, we can check the formaldehyde emission, bonding strenth and moisture. The products are up to the JAS standard. There is a modern painting line for furniture manufacturing. It has the capacity of 160,000 sets of funiture per year. Polyester film has the function of good environmental protection, high tensile strength, good insulation package function, the whole process is automatic, clean and environmental.
