Guilin Huachen Special Motor Development Co., founded in 2005, brought together Huaneng Special Motor Development Co. and Special Motor Co. of GLESI (Guilin Electric Equipment Scientific
Research Institute) and aimed at the first brand in developing and manufacturing print motors in China.
The company is subsidiary to GLESI, a multi-professional research institute that possesses advantages in areas such as adhesive insulating material, high performance magnetic material, electric alloys, electric control and die & mould, etc. Well-developed production technology and the introduction of production line from Kollmorgen Group in the US and Siemens in Germany makes Huachen 400,000pcs print motors of annual output capability. So far China has been the sixth print motor producing country other than the US, Japan, Germany, France, and Great Britain, and Huachen Company is one of the large-scale centers for developing and manufacturing. The output power of the print motor developed by the company varies from 30W to 7000W. National Micro-Motor Quality Supervision and Inspection Center authenticated the products as ‘quality of lot satisfactory’.
DC servo print motor is an ideal control and drive element for automated equipment. With design features in axial large air-gap permanent magnetic field and disc-shaped ironless armature, the motor was made low inductivity, small inertia, sparkless commutation and uniform torque output. Connected with feedback component and controlled by electric system, print motor can run smoothly and stably within a wide range of 0.5~4000r/min, achieving high precision speed and position control.
Optimization design, dependable technique and production, together with the adoption of high quality magnetic material, high bond strength & heat-resistant insulating material, the motor was made instant overload capacity up to 7 times of rated value. It can continuously run in full load, and be frequently started, accelerated, braked and switched over with quick response and high reliability.
Because of the advantages mentioned above, print motor has been found a wide application in robot, machining center, numerical control machine tools, film coating machine, decorating machine, coil winding machine, auto-welding machine, cigarette making machine, building material cutting machine, optical fiber machine, medical machine, mailing machine, motor-assisted bicycle and duplicating machine. It can also be applied to modern high accurate variable speed actuating device and expeditious and frequent operating system such as navigation, tracking, artillery and radar, etc. |
