Laiwu Jinlei Heavy Forging Co., LTD which was established in 2006, and became the member of Chinese Forging Accociation in 2007, is specialize in producing、machining and selling all kinds of heavy forgings.The company is located next to Laiwu Steel Group, which is only 5 kilometers from the exit of the freeway between Laiwu and Xintai, and is only 6 kilometers from the Gangcheng extending line of the freeway among Jinan、Laiwu and Qingdao.
After two year's development, the factory covers about 5.3 hektares, and the main building area is 12,000 suqare meters. . We have one set of 4000t open die pressmachine with national anvanced technology which is the biggest one in Laiwu city, and one set of 50t operation machine, two sets of 50t traveling cranes, 4 sets of gas heating furnaces,6 sets of postforging heat treatment furnaces, 20 stes of horizontal lathes, 2 sets of grinders, 2 sets of drilling machines and 2 sets of drillers . The biggest forged steel ingot is 45t and the biggest forged steel bloom is 35t.
According to the need of energy of all over the world, now we are engaged in wind power development, and the main shaft of wind turbine generator is our major forging products, the annual production is about over 35,000 tons. We have exproted over 1000 pieces of main shafts of 600KW to 2.5MW to Suzlon India、Nordex、Shanghai Electronic Group and National Electric Union Power Technology .,ltd etc
We have passed through ISO9001-2000 international quality system 、OHSAS18001 safety system and ISO14001 environmental system authentications. In order to make sure the better quality of our products, we have established advanced physical& chemical labs with anvanced Instruments of UT 、Impact testing machine、Universal tensile testing machine、Metallographic microscope and C&S analyser etc, with which the forgings can be done the tests of UT、mechanical properties、metallographic and chemical analysis etc.
We have 180 employees including 130 professional technicists and 8 senior engineers. Our company supplies a platform for everyone to realize their personal value and establish genius invigorative system. More and more skilled men join our company, which assure the high quality of our products.
