Primewerks is a specialist moulding division of Khal International (S) Pte Ltd conceived in 2006, we are located in Fujian, China. The business (OEM) manufactures engineered solid timber moulding using Cypress Fir (a.k.a China Fir and Chinese Cedar) for its specific global partners.
Primewerks has three processing mills operating under its umbrella; each mill is equipped with typical sawmilling facility, boiling pond, kiln driers, finger jointer, laminator, hot press, moulders and priming lines. Each mill has a minimum production capacity of 750 metric cubes or 318’000 board foot of timber products on a monthly average. The products are packed accord
ing to customer specifications for export through Fuzhou Port to our international customers’ destinations.
Primewerks processing mills are strategically located in Fujian where Cypress Fir best thrive in this mountainous area of China. This ensures uninterrupted supply of round logs to our processing mills throughout the year. Each mill is within forty five minutes car ride from each other making surveillance convenient.
Primewerks takes pride in its ability to produce a wide range of timber mouldings using sustainable plantation material. We provide a lifestyle product, beautifying homes of individuals through our global partners. At the same time, jobs are created both directly and indirectly to the locals, providing opportunity to improve their lifestyle through earning decent wages.
