Lejia Electronics is a high-tech company integrating sensitive component R&D,production,marketing and service.In 1989,Taiwan Headquater invested USD 3 million and specialized in producing DIP High-pressure capacitor(3KV-80KV),DIP varistor.At the meantime,we got UL,VDE and CSA approval and enjoyed high reputation among electronics industry.In 1999,we invested NTD150 million to import advanced equipment from USA for producing multilayer ceramic capacitor,SMD high-pressure capacitor(0805-3035),SMD varistor(0402-08CH) and passed RoHS authentication in full series.In 2002,we set up a processing plant in mainland China with material from Taiwan and annual output at 120 trillion pieces.Our high-tech talents can design&develop nonstandard product upon customers' request. In 2007,posterior segment packaging plant for switch triode was founded in Nanjing which is specialized in making BEST power triode and popular among customers from Yangtze River Delta by excellent quality.BEST13003,BEST13005,BEST13007,BEST13009,built-in damping diode,no need quick-healing diode and then save circuit cost.
High-pressure ceramic capacitor: big capacity&high pressure,ultra high pressure,special capacity,nonstandard thickness,high precision,special size etc.
Varistor: ultra low or high pressure varistor,special capacity or voltage,big current or power request,big size etc.
Big stock: 1-3 days lead time and quickly design(ODM) and produce(OEM) nonstandard product upon customers' request with developing period at 3-4 weeks.
SMD varistor: specification from 0402,0603,0805,1206,1210,1812,2220 to 08CH(8050),voltage from 3V to 470V, capacity from 0.15nf to 10nf.
SMD ceramic capacitor:specification from 0603,0805,1206,1210,1812,2211,2220,2225 to 3035.voltage from 50V to 6KV,capacity from 0.1pf to 220nf.
DIP ceramic capacitor: voltage from 500V to 80KV,capacity from 5pf to 10uf.
DIP varistor: specification from 3D,5D,07D,10D,14D,20D,25D,32D,34X34,40D,53D.voltage from 18V to 1800V.nonstandard type development is accepted. |
