* We design our own tooling for extrusion and fabrication.
* We manufacture our own toolings.
* We make our own alloys in house. Our regular alloys are: 6061, 6063, 6005, 6060, 6082, 5083, 7005.
* We currently have four extrusion presses, 550-ton, 880-ton, 1800-ton and 2500-Ton respectively. The total capacity of these 4 presses reaches 10,000 tons/year. And we have purchased a 1250-ton, and will be purchasing a 3500-ton end of this year.
* We have in house fabrication (including CNC precison machining.). We have machines for cutting, shearing, bending, punching, drilling, polishing, sandblasting, brushing, welding, lathing, milling, etc..
* We have finishing such as powder coating, conventional anodizing with or without color, and hard anodizing. We also make our own silkscreen printing.
* We also provide assembly service to our customers.
* We are also ISO 9001:2000 certified by BSI.And passed ROHS.
* We have served industries of lighting, electronics, automotive, machinery, telecommunications, medical, transportation, safety and security, construction, furniture, etc. |
