Glass insulator manufacturing is one of the pillar industries of Global Group, which introduced advanced glass insulator manufacturing technology from Germany, Italy and France. We established the automation product line in 2007 which takes the lead domestically. The production line produces 2 million pieces of glass insulators which include standard type 70-550KN, anti-pollution type 70-550KN, aerodynamic type 70-240KN. Umbrella type 70-300KN and bell type 160-550KN, the products are widely used in high voltage lines of 10KV-1000KV, EHT transmission line and UHV transmission line.
Our products have passed the tests of National Center for Quality test of insulator and Surge Arresters, Center for Quality Test of Power Equipment and Meters and Wuhan High Voltage Research institute of SGCC. The carious performance indicators and technical parameters of our product reached or surpassed the national standard for only once.
Our insulator has already passed the technical evaluation by the insulator expert group of China Electricity Council and agreed that the manufacturing conditions, techniques, equipment and testing conditions of Global Group conform to the relevant national stipulations and the overall technical properties of our products have reached the domestic advanced level.
Our products strictly comply with international standard of IEC 60383 and IEC 60305, national standard of GB/T1001,1-2003,GB/T7253-2005 and DL/T812-2002 standard and the enterprise standard.
In 2008, our company invest 1 billion RMB in the introduction of the production line from Germany, The production line, which is going to be fully operational at the end of the year, will be able to produce 4 million pieces of glass insulators annually. Our company has our own glass insulator R&D center, which is committed to the research and development of new products in order to further meet the demand of the power industry. |
