Deepcool was founded in 1996, and switched to the R&D, production and sales of CPU cooler in 2000. The completed sales network was established all over China (excluding Tibet and Taiwan) in 2001, and we obtained the certificates of ISO9001 and ISO14001 in 2002. Now, we are the most professional CPU Cooler manufacturer in mainland China. Deepcool’s market share in the Chinese retail market has been among the best of successful companies for many years. In 2006, the total sales volume of cooler products was more than 6,800,000pcs (6.8milloin), while the sales revenue was over 1,000,000,000 (one hundred million) RMB. In recent years, Deepcool has been keeping its sales revenue in a two-digit growth.
Deepcool has always paid great attention to the R&D. And it established laboratory that entirely conforms to the standard of Intel and AMD in 2005. At the same time, we also enlarged our R&D team who has not only professional knowledge but also rich working experience.
With rapid progress in R&D, Deepcool brings great value to the customers and draws attention from Intel and AMD. Deepcool signed the CNDA agreement with AMD in 2004 and with Intel in 2005, and became the first mainland corporation which can attain the updated technical support from them. Besides, as a close partner of Intel and AMD, we cooperate with team for the R&D and promotion of new products
In the field of manufacture, Deepcool can annually produce 15millionpcs with the ability of plastic injection, metal mould design and machining, metal punching, copper inserting, re-flow soldering for heatpipes, CNC precise machining etc. High vertical integration and concentration on the cooling for electronic devices enable Deepcool to have good capability to control quality and cost
Since 2004, Deepcool has made every effort to develop the OEM/ODM market. Owing to our accumulated experience, professional R&D and management, customer-first business idea and high quality service team, our products have been extended from the traditional PC and server cooler to the cooling for LED power, electricity equipment, medical equipment and war industry ,etc.. For example, all the cooling products for million TFlop/s supercomputer of Shanghai Supercomputer Centre (SSC) were designed and manufactured by Deepcool in2007. In 2009, we also participated in the design and manufacture of cooling products of China’s fastest supercomputer, Tianhe-1, which was designed and produced by the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT).
Now, all the products manufactured by Deepcool conform to RoHS. Every year, there are a great quantity of products sold to the areas in EU, America, the Middle East and South Asia. Entering the overseas market, the business is kept increasing rapidly. The products include the fan, cooling products, industrial cooling products, lighting cooling products and the others. With several years’ effort, Deepcool owns the distribution channels covering many countries and districts across four continents and has become the supplier of some well-known companies.
