Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasive Co., Ltd. is the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasive in China which integrates with technical research, development and production. Cooperating with Material Science & Engineering College of Shandong University and guided by experts and professors of metal abrasive field, the company has developed 8 series, 80 kinds of abrasive products including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot and copper shot. The company could produces 150,000 tons metal abrasive. Based on 300 million Yuan (RMB) of fixed assets and annual turnover of 500 million Yuan (RMB). Kaitai Steel Shot Abrasive (HONGKONG) Co., Ltd. is in charge of overseas sales of steel shot and steel grit.
The company occupies 400,000 square meters and is located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone, which is China’s largest abrasive basement. It’s only 52km to Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. It’s only 500 meters away from Jinan-Qingdao expressway and only 7km away from Zhangqiu exit of Jinan-Qingdao expressway. The main products are cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, etc.
The company is Advanced & New Technology Enterprise of Shandong Province and National Blasting & Peening Standardization Technology Committee Unit. With strong technical force, advanced equipments like intermediate frequency induction furnace, centrifugal blasting machine and other advanced equipment, the company could produces high-qulified cast steel shot, cast steel grit through double quenching, tempering, screening and other process. Having introduced two Ervin Test Machine from USA, whichis mainly used for testing fatigue life of metal abrasive, and introcued SPECTRO spectral analyzer from Germany to test ingredient of metal abrasive, the company has perfect quality control system. The quality of products has met SAE & ISO international standards and the company has passed international standard, ISO9001. Meanwhile, the company has gained famous trademark of Shandong province and takes part in setting down four national standards--High Caron Cast Steel Shot & Cast Steel Grit, Low Carbon Cast Steel Shot, Steel Material Descaling Grade and Steel Material Surface Roughness. The products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions and have got good comments at home and abroad in the field of foundry, forging, heat treatment, steel structure, container manufacturing, shipyard, auto and locomotive manufacturing and stone industries. |
