  The Top and Face Sharpening Machine MQH-600C Feature:
Full automation by digital control, easy operation, top and face angle finished by one machine. Suitable for batch production. Several machines can be operated simultaneously by one person.
9 types of popular tooth geometry could be finished by one run.
(FLAT, ALTERNATIVE TOP BEVEL, LEFT RIGHT FLAT, LEFT RIGHT LEFT TIGHT FLAT, TRIPLE CHIP, LEFTBEVEL, RIGHTBEVEL, TRIANGLE, CHAMFER ANGLE). Combination tooth pattern could be programmed freely on HMI.(Each combination team could be up to 20 teeth number).
1. Digital control compensation functions for grinding wheel. Compensation amount is 0.001-0.02mm after selecting the grinding tooth number from 10-999.
2. Single teeth could be repeated grinding for 1 to 5 times. Feeding range from 0.01-0.02mm by freely selection enhances the accuracy and the production efficiency.
3. Accuracy tool centering by digital control.
4. High level accessory Parts: Simenz OP177B HMI, Simenz S200224 CPU, Simenz STEP MOTOR, OROM sensor, Schneider Electric parts.
5. Grinding Stroke range and grinding speed could be adjusted easily to improve efficiency. Grinding speed could be up to 20 teeth per min maximum.
6. Dustproof and waterproof fitting for the grinding head, Sliding platform (slide board), Rotary angle (left right tooth), Separated tooth (setting tooth), Tightening of work piece, etc. The rotary angle oil pump, the separated tooth oil pump and the oil pump of grinding head with speed buffer system running steadily. The PLC output adopts the band two protection designs.
