Veriquality Inspection Service is a Quality Control services company performing Product Inspections, Factory Audits in China for clients worldwide.
We are a third-party quality control company, on your side, protecting your business interests, offering quality control services and Inspections by our experienced inspectors on a wide range of imported products and categories to ensure quality, quantity, and packaging. We use the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards for all Product Inspections.
Now Veriquality Inspection Service is with over 30 employees and branches in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Ningbo and Hangzhou.
Our service scope as the following: Pre-Shipment inspection, During-Production inspection, Pre-Production inspection, Full quantity inspection, Factory Audit, Social Compliance Audit and C-TPAT.
.Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)_When at least 80% of production is completed and packaged, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory.
. During Production Inspection (DPI)_When at least 20% of production is completed, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory to inspect production quality and status.
. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)_An Initial Production Check is an Inspection of all machinery and materials to be used for your order and the first production run.
.Container Loading_A Container Loading Check guarantees the finished and packaged goods meet your specifications (product type and quantity) and are securely loaded for shipment.
.Production Monitoring_Production Monitoring offers constant oversight in your factory. An inspector is sent to the factory everyday, providing daily reports on quality and production status.
.Full-Inspection_Full Inspection is 100 percent quantity inspection and sorting out good products which will be sealed with our tapes.
.Factory Audit_View quality files and workshop according to ISO9000 quality system and client's requirement.
.Social Compliance Audit_Audit the factory according your Code of Conduct, SA8000, BSCI, ETI, ICTI etc. to check social compliance of factory.
.C-TPAT: Assess the compliance of security systems and procedures of prospective or contracted third party suppliers, of manufacturers, freight forwarders and similar service providers with their customer's security requirements, based on a risk assessment of the entire supply chain. |
