Foshan Ruixin Non Woven Co., Ltd. (Rayson) was established in 2007. Based in fosan city,with the traffic convenience of being 30minutes away from guangzhou airport and canton fair convention ,Rayson is a Sino-US joint venture specializing in producing non-woven fabrics , non-woven products.
Presently, our company processes four advanced PP Spun-bonded Non-woven production lines, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. We can customize non-woven fabrics in a wide range of colors, with weight ranging from 12 to 150grams/square meter and with maximum width of 3.2 meters according to clients' requests. Our nonwoven fabric is widely used in many fields, such as furniture usage, medical care, agriculture and architecture, with functions like fire-retardant, UV-resistance, printed patterns, anti-skid, non-toxic, hydrophobic and hydrophilic
Non woven bags are also within our production range. We set up a workplace for producing of non woven bags with two advanced automatic die-cut machine and more than 100 sewn machines. Our daily production capability of Die cut bag, non woven T-shirt bag, and tote bag is 100,000pcs,50,000pcs, and 15,000pcs respectively. According to our customers’ requests we can design the style, size, pattern and logo of various kinds of shopping bags, gift bags, storage bags, bags for household, hygienic products and bedding products. And we have non-woven fabric of various colors and thickness for customers’ choice ranging from 30gsm to 150gsm. With specific design, non-woven bags may bring advertising effect for your market. |
