Founded in 1984 HGG is the absolute specialist in the field of steel profile cutting being the only company fully devoted to this specific technology. Therefore HGG is the one and only company helping you increase your companies performance giving full and thorough advice in the complete logistical process in your company, looking further than just the torch of your cutting equipment. From automatic feed-in and feed-out equipment to professional software programming, making sure your operators can spend the best part of their time on actual cutting.
HGG serves several branches, such as offshore, shipbuilding, steel construction, process piping and cranes with specialized flame cutting technology for several types of steel profiles. Machines have been developed for round pipes, square pipes, bulbs, I-beams, H-beams and angles. The material can be carbon steel as well as a high degree of steel or stainless using plasma cutting technology.
By establishing their first subcontracting company in the Netherlands, HGG put in their know-how and their own machines to profile and pre-manufacture constructions to order. In 1996 a second subcontracting company was established in Germany and in 2005 another one in Great Britain.
All aspects from development to sales are carried out with inside control. Among their employees, HGG has the access of software-, electronic engineers and CNC specialists. Machine systems are complete build in modules so that every desired combination can be composed. Several patents are granted to the products of HGG Profiling Equipment BV.
