1) STAPLE FIBRES:

(i) Dyed and bleached cotton fibre for hi-tech yarn producers (e.g. mélange yarn) and surgical cotton used by medical and cosmetic industries.
We have our own production unit for the bleaching of surgical/medicated cotton. Our current production is 4 tons/day and we are planning to increase the capacity in near future. We have special storage facilities for cotton and a fully equipped laboratory to meet all requirements of our customers.
(ii) Polyester staple fibre in semi dull, bright, optical white forms. Coloured polyester staple fibre. Polyester staple fibre available in both virgin & recycled states.
(iii) Viscose fibre.
(iv) Acrylic fibre.

2) YARNS:

(i) REGULAR STAPLE FIBRE YARNS:
(a) Cotton Yarn (carded and combed) for weaving and knitting.
(b) Polyester Spun Yarn
(c) Linen Spun Yarn
(d) PC (Polyester Cotton Blended) Yarn, Linen/Cotton Yarn for weaving and knitting.

(ii) FILAMENT YARNS:
(a) Polyester Flat Filament Yarn (FDY) in raw white, semi dull, bright and coloured forms. Regularly used counts 150D, 300D & 450D.
(b) Nylon Yarn.

(iii) STRETCH YARNS:
(a) DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn) in raw white, semi dull & coloured forms by SORONA®(DuPont™), Tactel®, Supplex® & Coolmax®.
(b) T-400 by SORONA®(DuPont™). Regular counts 75D, 150D, 300D, 450D, 600D
(c) Spandex/Lycra staple fibre stretch yarn. Refer to Core Spun Yarn.
(d) High Stretch PBT yarn by Trevira, Germany
(e) Branded Polyester filament yarns of Tactel®, Supplex® & Coolmax®
(f) CORDURA® by INVISTA
(g) NOTE: All denier counts are available as per customer requirements.

(iv) CORE SPUN YARN:
(a) Spun Polyester Spandex/Lycra white and coloured.
(b) Cotton Spun Spandex/Lycra plain and mélange.
(c) Singed and Gassed mercerized yarns.

(v) DOUBLE COVERED YARN:
Nylon Filament spun with Polyester Filament over Spandex/Lycra core.

(vi) AIR COVERED YARN:
(b) Polyester Filament Yarn Air-Covered over Spandex/Lycra Filament.
(c) Nylon Filament Covered with Polyester Filament over Spandex/Lycra core.

(vii) SPECIAL YARNS:

3) TEXTILE FABRICS:

• Qualities: Plain, Twill, Satin, Sateen, Jacquard and Dobby fabrics.

4) DENIM FABRICS:

Include all types of Denim Fabrics as Basic, Slub, Rain Slub, Cross Hatch, Stretch, Poly Denim and many more denim qualities from 5 oz to 15 oz.

5) HOME TEXTILES:

(i) BEDDING:
Single/Double Bed Sheet sets, Bed spreads, Duvet Sets, Bed skirt Sets, Fitted sheets, Pillow cases, Pillow protectors, Mattress Protectors/Mattress Pads, Zip mattress covers, Quilt Covers, Bed in a Bag.

6) INSTITUTIONAL TEXTILES:

A variety of health care apparels like Patient Gowns, Scrub suits, Lab coats, Doctors suits and other institutional uniforms and work wears.

7) DYES & CHEMICALS:

ELS is one of the leading indenting companies for Dyes and Chemicals. We have manufacturing facilities in China for Sulfur and Indigo Dyes for use in Denim Industry. Moreover, we provide softeners, buffers and other chemicals to Denim industry produced by our partner companies in Pakistan.

8) FIBRE DYEING:

ELS have its own production houses for fibre dyeing and processing. We at ELS are involved in the dyeing of Cotton, Viscose, Acrylic and Polyester Fibres. These fibres can be dyed in Reactive dyes, Sulphur dyes and VAT dyes.
