Hebei Jin Ao Pipes Co., Ltd., founded in May 2009, is located in Pangkou Automobile and Agricultural Accessories Industrial Park, Gaoyang County, Baoding City, which enjoys convenient transportation and advanced industry. It has a floor area of 100 mu, a registered capital of RMB 20 million and a total investment of RMB 110 million.
The company specializes in production of various seamless steel pipes, with the wall thickness of 1mm to 10 mm and the outer diameter of 8mm to 76mm, including common seamless steel pipes, fine pull pipes, fine rolled pipes, alloy steel pipes, special pipes, which, with main customers such as Great Wall Automobile, Hebei Changan Automobile, SG Automobile Group, Jindi Machinery, Langrui Architecture Machinery, Jianghui Shock Absorber, are mainly applied to automobile manufacturing, motor manufacturing, agricultural machinery manufacturing, high and low pressure furnace pipes, bearing pipes, ship manufacturing and so on.
Equipped with advanced production equipment, the company has two punching production lines, thirteen fine rolling production lines and ten cold drawing production lines. It invites a group of excellent technical experts and management personnel in domestic steel pipe industry to improve technical and managerial levels of products. In terms of quality control, the company had begun to implement ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System since March 2011 to put strict control on product quality through each process from raw material purchase to finished product delivery, ensuring satisfactory product quality.
