We can manufacture Railway and Bridge parts,Automatic parts,Hydraulic parts Engineering machinery parts. Car and Forklift parts and other and other industrial machine parts. Our products are exported to 15 countries and regions as Europe, American, Japan, and Canada, It covers 66000 square meters with 24000 square meters buildup areas. Its annual output reaches 15000 tons and its fixed assets reach 29.12 million Yuan. Now it has 510 employees, 20 percent of whom are technical personnel. 6 sets of intermediate frequency induction furnace with 2 sets weighs 3t and 4 set weighs 2t , 1 set of annealing furnace by producer gas(50t) are the production facilities. Forging Project
Hengshui Zhongtiejian Casting & Forging Co.,Ltd has invested totally 40 million Yuan to forging project with fixed assets 24.27 million Yuan. It is engaged in forging high-speed railroad bridge bearing. and various bigger forging parts like Scraper of coal equipments, chain wheel, track link , Vehicle front axle , bent axle,connecting rod and so on. It can process all kinds of die forging with in 300 kilogram, 3560.76 square centimeters to the greatest extent. It can produce 90000 pcs. forgings yearly, which equivalently equals 20000 tons. Its annual sales reaches 1.24 billion Yuan.
Hengshui Zhongtiejian Steel Casting Company has advanced manufacturing technology and fully test equipments. 3D designing software like Solidworks, MAstCAM, Ug, PRO/E is adopted when design. It has ability to make the complicated parts forging dies, to forge metal materials and to test heat treating. we having physical and chemical examination center. This center has non-damage test, ultrasonic analyzer, metal microstructure analyzer, chemical composition analyzer, mechanic properties tester, strength test, hardness measurements , temperature survey , impact performance test , examination apparatus 160 sets.
