Founded on April 11,2004, and located in No.368, Changning Road, Bacheng Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, Kunshan Sunshine Insulation Material Co., LTD is a high-tech company professionally producing silicone rubber products and rubber mould.
With the registered capital of 1 million yuan, total investment amount of 5 million yuan, and the plant area of 1735 square meters, we have advanced production equipments and sophisticated testing equipment to provide you quality products. We take excellent quality and superior service as management aim.
There are 150 staffs in the company, including Administrative Staffs: 10 people, Technical Personnel: 20 people, Quality Assurance Personnel: 5 people, Production Staff: 115 people.
Mould design, processing and opening, self-adhesive silicone rubber foot pad, mobile phone vibration motor wrap, LED line wrap, all kinds of silicone rubber of small household electrical appliances, food rubber and other rubber products for electron industry.
In the past over 4 years, the company has always aimed at “quality oriented, customer first, continuous improvement, sustainable management”, providing dedicated services for large volumes of customers. The company successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification at the end of June, 2007, and with progressive development of the system, the company updated its quality system from 2000 edition to 2008 edition in January 2010. |
