Production plant covers 3000 square meters with 6 production line, monthly capacity in led tubes can be 50,000PCS. Equipments includes Samsung full automatic SMD mounter, Re-flow oven, integrating sphere etc.All products conduct 4-step system, IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, and 24 hours aging test before shipment. Products covers led high bay/big bulbs/garden light/flood light; Commercial lighting like led round ceiling lamp/ led down light/ led ceiling lights/led panel lights/ led track lights; Residential lighting likeled tubes/led bulbs/led spotlight. |
