Henan Crane Co. Ltd. has been founded in early 1960s and is a well known crane manufacturer in China. We have been producing equipments for over 40 years and have fixed asset of RMB286, 000,000. There are over 3000 employees in our company, with over 480 senior technicians and management personnel. Occupation area is 880,000 square meter and we have manufacture facilities more than 1000 sets. Our company is a large-scale machinery manufacture enterprise involving mechanical (electrical) research, development, design, production, sales, installation, service, import and export.
A variety of machinery are produced by us such as electric hoist and single girder crane up to 20 Ton capacity, gantry crane and overhead bridge crane with capacity up to 800Ton, shipbuilding goliath crane, portal crane with capacity up to 80Ton; We have research＆development in ship loader, ship unloaded, rail mounted container crane and so on. Our products have been widely used in industry of machinery, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, military, railroad, water conservancy, shipbuilding, port and large scale storehouse. Our products are sold to all over China 30 provinces, and exported to India, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Brazil, France, Thailand, Philippine, Pakistan, Iran, Vietnam, Peru, Zambia, Congo, South Africa, Russia, Spain, South Korea, Japan over 80 countries. Four sets of 240T lifting capacity shipbuilding gantry cranes ordered by Spanish customer have been finished in conformity with CE specification in 2007 and has won positive appraises for Chinese manufacturing industry. Another eight sets of shipbuilding gantry cranes have been ordered by Tsuji heavy industry (Zhoushan) Co. Ltd. In 2008 and established solid base for exporting to market in developed country.
We have experienced engineers and technicians with CAD and CAPP designing. In our company, there are professional research departments of crane equipment, port machinery, electrical engineering, chemical＆physical test as well as information technology development center. Newly built double floors workshop covers 85,000 square meters and large size structure construction is not negatively influenced by bad weathers. And so product quality and delivery on time is guaranteed. Our company is an official China Heavy Machinery Industry Association member, China Port ﹠ Harbor Association member. “Yufei” brand was named China Well-known Trademark; we are certified of ISO9001 international quality system, ISO14001 environment management system, OHSAS18001 occupational safety and healthy system. Production license is awarded by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. |
