Shandong Zhengtai Xier Special Purpose Vehicles Co.， Ltd is a manufacturer of special purpose vehicles， who have been approved by NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission)， with the annual production capacity of more than 10000 units special purpose vehicles. We are also one designated supplier of Foton Motor Co.， Ltd. Our main products are various models of truck body， van truck， insulated truck， refrigerated truck， tank truck， crane truck etc special purpose vehicles. We have passed ISO9001: 2008 International Quality Authentication， ISO/TS16949: 2002 Quality authentication and national 3C Authentication (China Compulsory Certification). Our factory has 80，000 square meters， more than 300 employees.
The structure of truck body is enclosed and the main materials of body are color coated steel sheet， aluminum sheet， corrugated steel sheet， stainless steel sheet， fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet etc. The structure of the truck box is made of press part and metal welded， which assure our vehicles firm and durable， and have large loading capacity; The surface of body has been treated through pickling and phosphorization， with features of good corrosion-resistance and stainless for long periods; The sealing of box is proved excellent through strict rain test; The long wheel-base boxes have side door option， which is easy for loading and unloading; the insulated truck body is made of FRP and XPS/Polyurethane， high pressure， high temperature， no metal frame inside. The conception of design is trying to make the truck body more light， reasonable， beautiful and convenient. Our vehicles are rain-protective， dust- proofing， and steal-protective. They are the most ideal vehicles of transportation in many fields.
The vehicles especially designing for explosive materials transportation have been through the appraisement of National Defense Science and Technology Industry Committee， inspections of National Quality Control & Inspection Center for Automobiles. We can also design and manufacture various special purpose truck bodies according to customer’s requirements. |
