  Our factory is one of the largest BOPET Film manufacturer and provider in China. With an area of 120mu and planned area of 200mu, it now has 2 BOPET production lines of the advanced technology in the world. The annual output of polyester films is 28800 tons, with a wide range of thickness from 6-125 micron. Having introduced the advanced BOPET production line from German Bruckner Corp., is capable of manufacturing 13800 tons polyester films (8-75μm) every year. Listed in National Torch Plan, the project only takes one third of international construction period from beginning to the end, which is an outstanding speed in the industry. Bruckner, the equipment provider, is always considering the line as its demo project. In 2nd stage project, has introduced the advanced CBOPET production line from French DMT Corp. and has annual capacity of 15000 tons CBOPET (6-125μm). As a real co-extrusion line of 3 channels and 3 layers in China, it brings in the latest films manufacture technology of the world. In particular, 3-channel film and double-screw extrusion is firstly used in Chinese industry. At present, it runs firmly and manufactures high clear film, high light film, laser stamping film, matte film and heat-sealing film etc. Own to the excellent quality, the ?Neo-Luck? polyester film has been authorized as national key product by State Science and Technology Ministry, Foreign Economy Trade Ministry and State Environmental Protection Administration. US Food and Drug Administration. It not only holds high market share in the domestic, but also is exported to US, Europe etc.
