Every day it can produce guide rail 1400pcs, and produce 511,000pcs guide rail every year. But the traditional equipment processes a guide rail probably to need 6-8 minutes, every day produce guide rail 240pcs, and produce 87,600pcs guide rail every year.
2 High accuracy: the guide rail surface roughness only can achieve Ra6.3 with the traditional processing craft, but uses our company's equipment to produces guide rail, taper degree is smaller than 0.015mm, the surface roughness is smaller than Ra0.8. this equipment achieves the BE series standard.
3 High tech: This equipment has used the design idea with the digital control and the labor controls of PLC union, it makes the control flexibility of planer to be better, not only can promote the system according to the different service condition as necessary, and also uses the intelligence control system, it enable the self-examination, the self-judgment, the self- revised, and the self-monitoring function in the maintenance of equipment.
Relies on the remarkable technology of the equipment, it can produce the excellent quality, the good interchangeable of elevator guide rail, thus, it has guaranteed the whole mechanical property of elevator.
