The RTV-2 is a superior molding rubber of good flow ability and low adhesion.

With appropriate amount of hardener added, it is able to vulcanize at room temperature and hardens into a flexible silicone rubber mold.

The low hardness makes it perfect for highly strong 3-D and 2-D molds.

Appropriate amount of silicone oil can be added to further lower hardness so it can be injected into the mold.


Low viscosity and good flow ability, easy for mold making; high precision in mold casting, with shape delicately preserved; high strength and flexibility; high heat resistance and compression; long life; short mold-detaching time that makes processing easy.

The above characteristics of the RTV-2 molding rubber make it perfect for duplication of decoration and handicrafts made of polyester, epoxy and PU foam resin. It is also suitable for creating molds for manufacturing artistic candles and gypsum, as well as molds for manufacturing furniture and electronic components.
