Our factory combines with practical production experience on the basic of absorbing Main composing system of mixing station:domestic and foreign advanced technology, having developed continuous forced concrete batching station of HZS type and mobile batching station, for meeting construction needs of large-sized projects such as: road, bridge, port, water conservancy and so on.

This series equipment is quite flexible, it can finish the whole processes of many kinds of material's proportion ,mixing, weighing and discharging according to the demands of construction such as: gravel, stone, cement, fly-ash and so on.

This kind of equipment has wide use range; it can mix hard concrete, quaking concrete, liquid concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar with different demands and proportion. And it has many characteristics such as: reasonable structure, stable performance, precise metering, convenient operation and easy maintenance, etc. With exact material proportion, high weighing precision, average mixing, quick speed and reliable running, so it is one essential construction equipment of various project items at home or overseas.

Main component system of batching plant:
1.Proportion supply system: Aggregate bucket, electronic meter regulator, plat belt conveyer, inclined belt conveyer and aggregate scale hopper.
2.Mixing system: Double-engine and double-lying forced mixer, reducer, cement scale hopper, water and additive scale hopper.
3.Cement supply system: Cement bin, screw conveyor, air compressor screw electric balance, speed-control screw
4.Automatic water-supply system: Pressure tank, diving pump, flow meter, pressure reducing valve, sprayer and pipe.
5.Electric operation systems: Computer control console, electric cabinet and central control room.
6.Operation control system: automatic error detection control or manual control.
