Carbon gouging rods are used for metal romoval at fast rates with low power consumption. Generally used to remove welding defects, excess welds and foundry risersfrom cast products. Our carbon gouging rods are precisely machined and manufactured in state of the art facilities.

Pointed Copper-Coated Gouging Carbon Rods(D.C.)
Pointed carbon gouging rods are energy efficient and cost competitive, some operatore prefer these rods due to the positive holding of a gouging rod in the electrode holder leading to less splatter in manual applications.


Jointed Gouging Carbon Rods (D.C.)

Jointed carbon gouging rods are machined with male and female ends allowing continuous operation with no wasteage of stub ends. These items can be used in manual and automatic applications with high metal removal rates.
