  Our silver tungsten alloy containing between 20 and 45% silver are used for electrical contacts, high precise EDM electrode. These materials are produced via powder metallurgical techniques (Press-sinter-infiltration or Press-sinter-repress) due to their widely different melting points. We also produce the silver tungsten carbide materials to answer the higher arc resistance to mechanical wear need. Our tungsten silver alloy are designated as ASTM B631 - 93, ASTM B663-94, GB/T8320-2003.

Our tungsten silver rod wildly use for EDM precise silm hole machining which has below advantage:

-High thermal conductivity better than copper.

-High hardness maintains long life time.

-High wear resistance guarantee the precise EDM machining.
