General description
The peptone is produced by enzymatic digestion of high quality animal tissue,decolorization,concentration and spray drying process. It is used in the preparation of general culture media. As a microbiological grade reagents, it's application includes molecular biology, gene engineering, antibiotics, pharmaceutical industry, fermentation industry, chemical and biological products.

Solubility
It is easy to dissolve in water. The 2% water solution is clear, light yellow to brownish yellow. There is no precipitatation under high temperature and high pressure conditions with alkalinity and phosphates.

Storage
