  Product Introduction:
The general standard five-layer sintered mesh is generally with five layer structure including the four parts namely protective layer, filtering layer, separation layer and supporting layer. This filtration material not only features with even and reliable filtration precision but also possesses higher strength and rigidity, which is unsurpassable compared with other filtration materials. Being easily molded, processed and welded, this material can be manufactured as multiple filtration elements in the shape of round, barrel, cone and sheet.

1. High intensity, fine rigidity: better mechanical strength and comprehensive strength, fine processing, welding and assembling performance, easily operated;
2. Uniform and reliable precision: all filtration precision can realize uniform filtration performance. No change of mesh during operation;
3. Wide application environment: it can be used for the filtration under -200~650 centigrate temperature and acid-base environment;
4. Fine cleaning performance: better back washing effect; it can be applied repeatedly with long service life|(back flow, filtrate, ultrasonic wave, dissolution, baking and other cleaning methods can be adopted ).
