Company Introduction
Three Brothers Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. (TBM), established in Tao-Yuan County, Taiwan and founded in 1969.
Taiwan TBM, which possesses advanced mould designing techno lodge, high-precise equipment, first-class account service,
comfortable working and living environment,Owing to the rapid development, TBM invested to create GTBM in China.
We devote to producing hardware pieces of cars and motors as well as designing, developing and making mould, welding and checking tools.
There are about 200 employees, besides more than 39 tech-workers (more than 20% of the employees).
TTBM own independent ability of designing and developing mould, welding and checking tools.
Here are 10 professional designers and 25 mould makers in their special department.
For the quality management, 12 major QA and QC consist of company’s QA system.
Their names and learning experience are shown on the board of departments, responsible to raw materials quality,
manufacturing process and products checking.
Take a look at the quality checking equipment, you will see three co-ordinate measuring instrument, Broadway sclerometer,
the double-slide-way gauge /common/number altimeter, micro-gauge, micrometer, three inside claws micrometer,
examination platform, number / gauge /common venire caliper, and the magnetism square box and other measuring equipments.
We stress those quality targets:” providing customers good products to satisfy their request,
manufacturing procedure bad rate below 0.1%, account complaint under 1 items every 2 months,
complaint coping rate 100%, customer satisfaction rate above 85%.”
